The objective of this program is to respond to complaints issued by citizens and visitors of the State of Florida regarding potential health concerns and/or sanitary nuisances as defined by s. 386.041, Florida Statutes.  After such complaints are received by the Flagler County Health Department, every attempt is made to investigate the complaint within 2 days.  If the complaint is deemed to be valid, legal action is initiated against the responsible party and continues until the sanitary nuisance has been abated.
